Hi I’m Ava! I’m a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef inspired by seasonal ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and bold flavors. My cooking blends classical French technique with farm-to-table California Cuisine, shaped by my background in both culinary arts and climate-focused food systems work.

Before launching my private chef and catering business, I worked in strategy consulting and climate philanthropy, experiences that deepened my understanding of how food connects people, communities, and the planet.
